McCool Digital is run by founder Mike McCool, an experienced digital manager and proud and unapologetic millennial who grew up connected to the digital world as it has opened up new opportunities and new challenges. Since founding McCool Digital in 2019, he has helped dozens of political campaigns, non-profits, and independent expenditure organizations reach their unique goals online, from awareness to persuasion messaging to fundraising and more. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, watching movies, and the great outdoors.

Alan Williams
DIGITAL STRATEGIST
Alan is a Digital Strategist with experience implementing digital campaigns for candidates and startups alike. He is a graduate of George Mason University with a Masters from Columbia University. Since then, he has worked as a digital director for multiple statewide campaigns, gaining experience in digital advertising and social media strategy. Originally from New Haven, Connecticut, Alan now lives in New York City.

Kaia Lund
DIGITAL STRATEGIST
Kaia, a Digital Strategist, is experienced in fundraising, marketing, and strategic communications. Originally from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Kaia studied English and political science at Macaester College. She has worked on political campaigns in state and local government and in the private sector. Now based in Brooklyn, she spends her free time reading, watching women's sports, and browsing vintage markets.
